the Main Housing of Pinch Roll is Made from Cast Iron, and Fitted with En – 9 Rolls with Spherical Roller Bearing Housed in Steel Chocks. the Tap Roll Setting Device Consists of Screw Down Screw of En – 8 with Gun Metal Nut. the Top Roll is also Spring Loaded with Helical Spring for Balancing.
gear Box: the Main Body is Fabricated from M.s. Plate. the Gears of En-9 Steel Fitted On Two Shaft of En-8 Steel Run On Antifriction Bearings. the Gears and the Bearings Run in Oil Bath and Provide Adequate Lubrication At all Times.
