We manufacture them in sizes up to 8.0 m diameter. We Offer Nitrogen generation plant based on the PSA process consists of two absorbers filled with carbon molecular sieves (CMS). Compressed and purified air is passes through the absorbers. Mainly oxygen is absorbed on the carbon molecular sieves and nitrogen enriched gas is leaving the absorber. The oxygen concentration can be reduced to almost all required levels. During adsorption in one absorber the second absorber is totally regenerated just by depressurization to ambient pressure. The oxygen enriched off gas is vented. After about one minute adsorption in one absorber the process controller is switching over to the second absorber.

cracking of ammonia is one of the most economical ways for on-site generation of hydrogen gas for industrial purposes. For this process, the temperature of 850 degree C is maintained in the electrically heated furnace. A centrifugal cast retort is installed in the center of this furnace. This furnace is filled with nickel catalyst. At this stage, the ammonia cracking takes place in presence of nickel catalyst. The process separates its vital element into 75 % hydrogen and 25% nitrogen gas at dew point of (-) 30 degree C. In fact, nitrogen gas is generally inert.

We Offer Heatless Air Drying Unit has two Towers filled with Activated Alumina desiccant for continuous drying operation. At a time, one tower is used for drying of compressed air while the other tower is reactivated simultaneously. After a fixed time of interval, the drying towers get changeover automatically by operation of sequence timer and interconnected valves.

In this design, reactivation of desiccant has been done by continuous purging a dry air through the bed in reverse direction at atmospheric pressure and temperature.

Referring to the flow diagram, assume that the left tower is under DRYING and the right tower is under REACTIVATION.
